Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to individuals or assigned groups according to established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff, promoting collaboration and teamwork
- Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care
- Prioritize and respond rapidly in high-pressure ER settings
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (California)
- Demonstrated experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make quick, accurate decisions
