Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Proven experience in an ER setting
• Ability to supervise and direct nursing staff effectively
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Competent in the use of modern nursing technology and documentation
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process and established care standards
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Coordinate patient care with other health disciplines through effective collaboration
• Utilize professional judgment and critical thinking in fast-paced situations
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on all aspects of patient care
• Serve as a role model and mentor for new or less experienced staff
• Uphold safety protocols, infection control, and patient advocacy at all times
