Schedule/Hours:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- At least 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC preferred)
- Strong assessment, triage, and prioritization abilities
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and a fast-moving environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ER
- Assess and accurately document patient condition and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care coordination
- Administer IVs, medications, and emergency interventions per protocols
- Educate and support patients and families during critical situations
