Qualifications:

• Current RN license, valid in Minnesota or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
• Capability to adapt to fast-paced, changing situations with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities:

• Triage and prioritize incoming ER patients
• Deliver compassionate and efficient emergency nursing care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to develop effective care plans
• Perform thorough documentation and support patient/family communication
• Respond swiftly to urgent and emergent cases
