Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Prior experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Proficient with Meditech EHR preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in dynamic situations
- Professionalism, reliability, and compassion
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy ER environment
- Triage and assess emergency patients, implementing interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Document accurately and promptly in Meditech EHR
- Maintain a calm, clear head during high-pressure scenarios
- Uphold infection control and safety guidelines at all times
