Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Strong triage, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly assess and manage acute patient conditions in a fast-paced ER
- Deliver compassionate care and treatment in emergency situations
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and ancillary departments
