Schedule/Hours:
- 3:00 PM 3:00 AM shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday rotation included
Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois RN license
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a large, busy hospital setting
- Pediatric ER experience required
- Permanent residence located more than 50 miles from Roscoe, IL
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care within a fast-paced ER
- Triage patients and implement evidence-based nursing interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient flow and safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
- Respond adeptly to a broad spectrum of medical emergencies, including pediatric cases
