This is a night shift role (7:00pm - 7:00am), where youll have every other weekend off and participate in a holiday rotation, providing flexibility and time for adventure. Key Qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience working in a large, high-volume hospital
• Pediatric emergency experience is essential
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Willingness to work every other weekend and participate in the holiday rotation
• Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the site

• Provide direct nursing care in a busy ER setting for both adult and pediatric patients
• Triage, assess, and prioritize incoming patients efficiently
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Document accurately and promptly in accordance with facility standards
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations, maintaining composure under pressure
