Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Demonstrated skills and experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Proficiency with the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Ability to supervise and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment
- BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications preferred)
