Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license, in good standing
- At least one year of recent ER nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Demonstrated critical thinking, supervisory discretion, and independent judgment
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Delivering patient-centered nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process
- Supervising and directing assigned nursing staff on each shift
- Coordinating care with other healthcare disciplines
