Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible for practice in Virginia
- Minimum of one year recent ER experience
- Current BLS, ACLS; other certifications as required by department
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced emergency department
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to ER patients of varying acuity
- Perform and interpret rapid assessments and triage interventions
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility guidelines
