Schedule:
- Night shifts, 7pm-7am
- No call, no block scheduling
- No 48-hour guarantee
Ideal Background
- Current, active RN licensure
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications
- Minimum two years of emergency room nursing experience
- Experience working in Level IV trauma centers
- Comfort working with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio and 14-bed units
- Familiarity with MedHost or comparable EMR systems
- Able to wear any solid-color scrubs
- Must live at least 50 miles from the assignment location
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care for emergency and trauma patients
- Perform rapid assessment, triage, and interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-moving ER
- Accurately document assessments and interventions using MedHost-EDIS
- Respond expertly to urgent medical situations
