As a travel RN in a dynamic 31-bed emergency setting, you will sharpen your adaptability and leadership skills. Management, experienced charge nurses, and a strong interdisciplinary team are available 24/7, creating a collaborative and supportive environment ideally suited for professional growth.

Schedule/Hours

• Day Shift: 7:00am7:00pm
• Mid Shift: 11:00am11:00pm
• Night Shift: 7:00pm7:00am
• Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend
• Holiday rotation based on department needs
• Scheduled released in 6-week increments, sent out about a month in advance

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years ER experience (trauma level accepted)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS Certification required
• Experience with IV starts, foley/NG tube insertion, neuro assessments, triage, code response, and critical care management
• Strong adaptability and teamwork; comfortable in a subject matter expert role

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care across the lifespaninfant through geriatric
• Manage and triage a wide variety of acute conditions including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, sepsis, and post-transplant complications
• Initiate and titrate critical drips, perform moderate sedation for bedside procedures, and serve as a resource to peers
• Collaborate closely with physicians, RT, and other disciplines for optimal patient outcomes
• Uphold high standards during high-pressure situations and contribute to a positive team environment

$1,790 - $1,958/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
