Key responsibilities include delivering coordinated and compassionate nursing care to patients in the ER, ensuring compliance with established standards and the nursing process. Youll oversee and mentor nursing staff at various levels, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, and exercise independent judgment and critical thinking each shift.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse license (CA preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
- Proficient in utilising the nursing process and demonstrating strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to supervise, lead, and mentor assigned nursing staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (active and current)
- Adaptability in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic patient care
- Supervise, instruct, and delegate responsibilities to nursing team members
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all care provided
