Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Oversee and guide activities of assigned nursing staff, ensuring best practices and high standards.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Exercise critical thinking, supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in complex clinical scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN license with eligibility to practice in California.
- Current experience in emergency room nursing.
- Demonstrated leadership ability; prior supervisory or charge nurse experience is beneficial.
- Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and interpersonal communication skills.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required or willingness to obtain).
