Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Oversee and guide activities of assigned nursing staff, ensuring best practices and high standards.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Exercise critical thinking, supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in complex clinical scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice in California.
• Current experience in emergency room nursing.
• Demonstrated leadership ability; prior supervisory or charge nurse experience is beneficial.
• Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and interpersonal communication skills.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required or willingness to obtain).
