Schedule/Hours:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM (five RNs, three ED Techs per shift)
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (five RNs, three ED Techs per shift)
- Weekend coverage required (24/7 operations)
- No call required
Qualifications/Experience:
- Active RN license (California)
- At least one year of recent Emergency Department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS (current certifications required)
- Skilled with Cerner FirstNet EMR preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care across all acuity levels
- Triage patients and assist physicians with assessments and interventions
- Document accurately and efficiently in Cerner FirstNet
- Communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Uphold safety and care standards in a fast-moving environment
