This full-time travel RN Emergency Room role offers exposure to a very high acuity unit, providing care for patients with critical needs such as strokes, cardiovascular events, diabetes complications, diverse wounds, sepsis, behavioral health, and occasional trauma. Working nights from 7PM to 7AM, youll benefit from every other weekend offplenty of time to discover nearby bayous, hiking trails, and neighboring towns.

Schedule:
- Full Time
- 7PM - 7AM (Nights)
- Every other weekend required
- No call, no floating
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 4:1
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ year recent RN experience in emergency or related specialty preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Valid RN license (state of employment or compact)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required)
- TNCC certification
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care via assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Manage patients with acute and complex needs
- Educate patients and families on care and resources
- Accurately document and administer medications per protocol
- Actively participate in orientation, skill validation, and annual competency requirements
