A sought-after adult emergency department renowned as the areas only Level I trauma center, this cutting-edge facility manages over 100,000 annual visits. Here, youll expand your clinical repertoire by caring for a wide range of patients and supporting care for boarder patients. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment, specific shifts to be confirmed with the facility
Qualifications/Required Experience:
- Valid NY RN License (NY Licensure required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Must have completed at least one previous travel ER assignment (no first-time travelers, please)
- Telemetry experience is required
- Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), ACLS (American Heart Association only), and NIHSS
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse, high-acuity patient population
- Assist with the management and care of boarder patients
- Collaborate effectively with ED staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to protocols for trauma and critical care situations
