As an experienced Emergency Room RN, you'll be exposed to a variety of patient care approaches and diverse workplace cultures, enriching your skill set and enhancing your professional network. Youll collaborate with seasoned leaders and multidisciplinary teams, gaining valuable insight into high-quality, efficient care delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Night shifts, 7PM 7AM
- Every other weekend required
- Voluntary on-call opportunities
- Floating as needed to support census needs
Experience & Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications from the American Heart Association
- TNCC or ATCN required; CPI or equivalent preferred
- Clear, concise communicator adept at all patient age groups
- Knowledge of patient rights and compassionate, respectful care delivery
- Emergency Department experience highly desirable
