Schedule/Hours:
- Night Shift: 7:00pm 7:30am
- 36 hours per week
Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Active RN license, with a background in Emergency Room care
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with Cerner EMR systems
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly assess, stabilize, and manage emergency room patients
- Administer medications and treatments following current protocols
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide patient and family education with empathy and clarity
- Accurately chart using Cerner EMR
