This travel RN-ER position centers on delivering and coordinating comprehensive nursing care for emergency and trauma patients of all ages. Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:
- Perform triage, assessment, and direct patient care in a dynamic emergency department setting
- Supervise assigned nursing staff, provide mentorship, and delegate tasks as needed
- Ensure nursing care aligns with established standards and the nursing process
- Coordinate care across disciplines, advocating for patient safety and best outcomes
- Document care and interventions thoroughly and accurately
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license with Emergency Room nursing experience required
- NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) and Moderate Sedation Training required
- Proficiency in critical thinking, prioritization, and independent judgment
- Experience with trauma patient care preferred
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
