Schedule/Hours:
- Days, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
- 15-week assignment
- No guarantee of hours
- Must arrive the Thursday before assignment for employee health appointment on Friday
Role Highlights: As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you'll step into a dynamic, fast-paced department featuring:
- 28 beds including 4 trauma bays, 2 behavior health rooms, 22 cardiac monitor rooms
- A patient-focused, collaborative, and responsive workplace devoted to rapid assessment and expert care delivery
- Exposure to high patient turnover and the chance to sharpen your trauma and acute care skills
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the State of Hawaii or willingness to apply for licensure upon acceptance; license required by start date
- Minimum of Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
- Preferred: Procedural Sedation, TMCC, and EMPC certifications
- Experience in high-volume, team-oriented ER settings preferred
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a commitment to patient-centered care
