Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current valid RN license
- At least one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to effectively supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in the Emergency Room
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
