Key Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain)
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Proficient with electronic medical records and standard hospital protocols

Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and monitor patients for emergent medical situations
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and hospital standards
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress
• Provide patient and family education regarding conditions, procedures, and post-visit care
• Support rapid response and code situations as part of a team response
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal guidelines

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
