Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license (unencumbered)
- 1+ year of recent ER/ED experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must-have)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures
- Implement and monitor individualized care plans
- Accurately document and communicate patient status and response to treatment

- Carry out physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately
- Work closely with patients, families, and the healthcare team on discharge planning
