Provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced emergency room setting during night shifts in Noblesville, Indiana. This contract opportunity offers a chance to work every other weekend from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, caring for patients with diverse and acute needs. Your role will be critical in delivering timely, coordinated, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and closely monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Continuously observe, record, and communicate patient conditions to relevant team members.
- Act as the primary coordinator among multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient management.
- Accurately follow physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and collaborate on discharge planning needs with the healthcare team to support patient transitions.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license with emergency room nursing experience.
