A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to contribute to exceptional patient care on the night shift in Noblesville, IN. This contract role requires a dedicated nursing professional who excels in fast-paced environments and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care following established healthcare policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement, monitor, and adjust patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Assess, record, and communicate patients conditions accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate care efforts across multiple disciplines to provide seamless patient services.
- Execute physician and nursing orders promptly and effectively.
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Work a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with an every-other-weekend rotation.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with Emergency Room nursing experience.
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments in urgent care settings.
