This ER role allows you to enhance your professional portfolio while working with a resource team that emphasizes best practices, advanced clinical protocols, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Youll work in a facility with advanced primary stroke center designation and state-of-the-art equipment such as Epic EMR, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell med dispensing.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years Emergency Department experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI required; TNCC preferred
• General ED skillset: cardiac rhythm interpretation, critical care drips, vent management, chest tubes, PIV starts, TNK/TPA administration, conscious sedation, ESI assessments
• Willingness to float as needed within regional facilities
• Experience with both adult and pediatric medical emergencies

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care for a wide range of patient conditions (COPD, CHF, MI, stroke, trauma, diabetes emergencies)
• Maintain safe patient ratios (RN: 1:4-5 based on acuity)
• Collaborate effectively with the ED physician team, hospitalists, CNA, charge nurse, IV/VAT team, and RT
• Accurately document using Epic EMR
• Support as needed across multiple units and facilities within the region
