Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in an emergency room setting
• Proficiency in triage, assessment, and prioritization of patient needs
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (PALS or TNCC preferred)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and implement care for patients presenting with diverse and acute conditions
• Work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and carry out patient care plans
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, using calm judgement and professional protocol
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in patient records
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care and discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
