This travel opportunity provides an excellent platform to enhance your career as a Registered Nurse within an Emergency Department setting. Gain exceptional experience managing both ED and inpatient hold RN ratios and acuity, enriching your clinical knowledge and skills. Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m.
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Experience in Emergency Department nursing
- Ability to manage both ED and inpatient hold RN ratios and varying acuity levels
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
- Flexibility for night shifts and weekend rotations
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care for emergency and inpatient hold patients
- Assess, triage, and monitor patient status and responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Respond effectively to emergencies in a fast-paced environment
