An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse experienced in Emergency Room care, specializing in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma. This travel position offers a rewarding environment where your skills in fast-paced, critical care will directly impact patient outcomes. The role features a unique schedule delivering 36 hours every other week, providing valuable work-life balance while maintaining clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma emergency setting.
- Administer patient assessments, treatments, and interventions with precision.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide critical patient and family education and support during emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with experience in Emergency Room nursing.
- Proven expertise in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma care.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, plus either ENPC or PALS.
- Strong clinical judgment with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule:
- 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM shifts.
- 36 hours per week, every other week (EOW).
