Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience as an ER Registered Nurse
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients requiring urgent and emergent medical attention
• Perform rapid primary and secondary assessments and ongoing patient evaluations
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and documentation
• Operate and monitor medical equipment as needed in the ER environment
• Educate and support patients and families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
