This bi-weekly orientation role immerses you in a Joint Commission Accredited, 294-bed hospital recognized for its comprehensive careincluding cancer, cardiac, orthopedics, imaging, and surgery. Interact with highly skilled clinicians, broaden your expertise, and gain exposure to diverse practices and leadership styles that will elevate your nursing career. Your day-to-day experiences will sharpen your emergency response skills and enhance your adaptability in new clinical environments, making your resume stand out and supporting lasting career growth.
Schedule/Hours:
- Orientation held bi-weekly with upcoming dates: 4/27, 5/4, 5/11
Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of ER nursing experience preferred
- Meditech experience is a plus
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility
Primary Responsibilities:
- Rapidly assess and triage emergent patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional acute care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Monitor and record patient progress, responding swiftly to changes in condition
- Provide support to patients and families in high-stress situations
