Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Current RN license (WI or compact state)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapid assessment and stabilization of ER patients with varying acuity
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols and provider orders
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialty teams, and ancillary departments
- Monitor critically ill patients and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and follow-up steps
- Accurately document all interventions and progress in the electronic health record

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
