This opportunity is seeking a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience to provide skilled nursing care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract position involves working across multiple units including Med/Surg and the Emergency Room, with the potential to take on charge nurse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in Medical/Surgical and ER departments.
• Adapt to float assignments between units as needed.
• Assume charge nurse duties as required, overseeing unit operations and coordinating staff.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience working in Emergency Room settings.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage critical situations.
• Flexibility to work in multiple departments including Med/Surg.
• Leadership skills desirable for charge nurse responsibilities.
