Schedule/Hours:

Skills & Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Previous experience in an Emergency Room setting required
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in high-stress and rapidly changing situations
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of current nursing standards and practices
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of ER patients
- Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care while ensuring compliance with established clinical protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm judgment and technical expertise
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Educate and support patients and families regarding care plans and procedures
- Foster a cooperative team environment to meet patient needs and safety standards
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
