Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift, 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
- Typical shift start times: 3:00 AM & 3:00 PM
- Weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- Floating within the ER as necessary
- No on-call requirements
- Flexible, with up to 7 days for requested time off

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' recent ER nursing experience
- Active Minnesota RN license (non-compact)
- NIHSS certification required
- BLS, ACLS (AHA only) required
- PALS (AHA only) or ENPC, and TNCC certifications required
- Ability to float as needed within the ER

Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, and provide direct patient care in the emergency department
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and change in patient status
- Document care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policy
