Schedule/Hours:

• End of week or as required by department
• Every other holiday on a rotating basis with regular staff
• May need to float within primary skill set or to other facilities within a 40-mile radius when necessary

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record
• Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to float to different departments or nearby sites as needed
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Room
• Assess, triage, and monitor patient conditions using evidence-based practices
• Document accurately with EPIC
• Respond to urgent and emergent situations with skill and professionalism
