Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Flexibility to float between two Emergency Department locations within Janesville
Key Qualifications:
- Active WI RN License
- Proof of nursing degree (education verification)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
- TNCC or TNS
- Seasonal flu vaccination
- At least one year of recent ER nursing experience preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centric emergency nursing care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal treatment plans
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Develop, initiate, and revise individualized care plans
- Demonstrate critical thinking and escalate concerns for patient safety or experience
