Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (permanent)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Emergency Room nursing experience
- Willingness to float to nearby facilities (such as Haverhill) as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and manage acute and chronic patient conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and implement patient care plans
- Respond promptly to emergencies, delivering evidence-based nursing interventions
- Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with patients and families
