This opportunity places you in a progressive emergency department. You'll gain firsthand experience at a facility recognized for compassionate care and clinical excellence, including Joint Commission Accreditation, a certified Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI, and Primary Stroke Center designation. Schedule/Hours
- Orientation held weekly on Mondays
- 199-bed acute care setting
Key Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license and eligibility to practice in NM
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience preferred
- Required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC preferred) completed prior to start
- Must live at least 60 miles from facility to qualify for travel role
- Compliance with New Mexico fingerprinting and background check requirement prior to hire
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Triage, assess, and implement evidence-based interventions for a broad spectrum of emergent needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies
