This travel role invites you to broaden your expertise in emergency care and inpatient settings. Schedule:
- 7:00pm to 7:30am shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Ability to manage both ED and inpatient hold patient ratios/acuity
- Strong clinical decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and adaptability to fit diverse teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in the ED and inpatient hold situations
- Triage, assess, and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to emergencies, monitor patient progress, and document accurately
- Fulfill weekend and rotating shift requirements as scheduled
- Adhere to facility procedures, protocols, and compliance regulations
