This travel nursing role offers unique exposure to both Emergency Department and Inpatient Hold settings, giving you the chance to diversify your clinical skills and broaden your experience. Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Every Other Weekend rotation required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Ability to manage both ED and Inpatient Hold ratios and acuity
- Flexibility to float between departments, as needed
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in both the Emergency Department and Inpatient Hold areas
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on specific protocols and standards
- Respond swiftly to emergent situations while maintaining composure
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document care accurately and efficiently
- Uphold safety and infection control measures at all times
