Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 pm 7:30 am shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend (EOW) rotation
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of recent Emergency Department experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and prioritization skills
- Calm under pressure with exceptional critical thinking
- Team-oriented with outstanding communication abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS, TNCC preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Provide rapid, accurate patient assessments and triage in a fast-paced ER setting
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care for all age groups
- Administer medications and perform emergency interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care clearly and accurately according to protocols
- Educate patients and families on treatments and aftercare
