Desired Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, eligible for Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS and TNCC preferred
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced, ever-changing scenarios

Primary Responsibilities:

• Rapid assessment and triage of incoming ER patients
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide immediate life-saving interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians and support staff for comprehensive, high-quality care
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Accurately document all interventions and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
