This role is based within a busy emergency department that triages and cares for trauma and emergency patients across all age groups in an acute care setting. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment, full-time hours
Required Skills & Experience:
- Active RN license with good standing
- Previous experience in Emergency Room nursing (ER), including triage and trauma care
- Strong assessment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver emergency nursing care, including triage, rapid assessment, and stabilization of patients
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Respond effectively to challenging, fast-paced situations
