Working in the emergency department, youll care for trauma and emergency patients of all ages in an acute care environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, valid RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent ER nursing experience in an acute care setting
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
- Strong assessment, triage, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly assess, triage, and treat emergency and trauma patients across all age groups
- Execute accurate documentation and efficient patient hand-offs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to initiate care plans and interventions
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and families
