Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract position
• Shifts may vary; flexibility is a plus

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) proficiency highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and prioritize incoming emergency patients based on acuity
• Deliver swift assessment, intervention, and care in emergent situations
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document nursing observations
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate and support patients and their families during stressful encounters
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient ER environment
