Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Room setting
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver acute care and interventions to patients with emergent medical needs
- Prioritize and triage patient care appropriately, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Execute physician orders promptly and accurately, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress, document findings, and relay critical information to relevant team members
- Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care options
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols
