Provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced emergency room setting where critical thinking and quick decision-making are essential. Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to assigned patients consistent with the nursing process and established protocols
• Supervise and direct nursing personnel of varying experience levels, fostering teamwork and efficiency
• Coordinate with other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize professional judgment and critical thinking in clinical decision-making
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to departmental policies, including proper clock-in procedures for Float Pool assignments
• Educate staff and assist with non-productive hours related to the Float Pool nursing department

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license with ER nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic emergency room environment
• Effective communication and organizational skills
