Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year recent experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Proficiency in acute care, patient assessment, and rapid response protocols
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication abilities
- Ability to supervise and mentor other nursing staff
- Flexibility to float among units as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, patient-centered emergency care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff at various levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Exercise independent judgment in dynamic, high-pressure situations
